Clean Zero Hi Vol

The Clean Zero Hi-Vol Cabinet is a static floor standing system with a 650 litre self-replenishing tank.

Typically installed on large sites where several cleaning machines are used daily, it is plumbed into the mains water system where tap water is micro filtered, then hydro embellished, to create the Clean Zero product. Clean Zero is stored in the holding tank and the filtration system automatically cuts off when the holding tank is full. When Clean Zero is pumped from the cabinet to the cleaning equipment, the filtration system automatically switches on in order to replenish the holding tank.

The cabinet has an in built filter performance metre (TDS) which monitors the condition of the Purex that is being produced to ensure maximum effectiveness. This reading should be taken on a weekly basis following the steps below. If readings are higher than stated, then it is likely that a filter change is required.
